Hallaçi Konstruksion is one of Albania's established construction groups, with over two decades of experience delivering complex, large-scale projects across the commercial and residential sectors. We work with developers, investors, and public institutions who demand the highest standard of delivery.

DH Building Projects was founded in the UK by Dashnor Hallaci — the brother and close business partner of the owners of Hallaçi Konstruksion. The two operations are separate businesses, but they share the same family, the same values, and the same insistence on doing the job right.
Dashnor spent years working at the highest level of the UK construction industry before establishing DH Building Projects in Bromley in 2018. The same approach that built Hallaçi Konstruksion's reputation in Albania — showing up, doing proper work, and not cutting corners — is what drives DH Building Projects every day.
