The new bar framed out on site to set the run and serving height.
Bella Roma's original bar was a heavy dark timber servery that no longer suited the room or the way the business worked. The brief was to replace it without disturbing the rest of the restaurant.

We stripped the old bar out and framed the new one in place, setting it out to give more usable serving length and space for under-counter refrigeration beneath.
Once framed, it was clad, fitted with a stone worktop, and wired for POS, lighting and the fridges below. The surrounding walls were made good and redecorated around the new run.
A smaller job than a full fit-out, but the same approach: built on site, finished properly, and handed back ready to trade.
